Boutique Hotel and Horse Stable 

The Horse-human relationship is unlike any other. Horses have always been my escape. It’s a fascinating experience that a large population of adults in the UAE intends to explore at one point in their lives. Therefore, “Lodge The Royal Stables” combines a boutique hotel and horse stables for riders and tourists.

Royal Stables is the site location for my project. It’s located in Al Mushrif; a large neighborhood located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. It’s a secret heaven that has kept its authenticity and air of peace throughout time.

My project addresses the growing need to establish how materiality, form, and tonality cooperate in the designing of modern boutique hotel and horse stables. The Program of my space will be arranged in multiple bedrooms, lounge and restaurant. A garden and horse stables encircles the space. Each area allowing the dwelling to form a strong association with the natural environment and boost a relationship between the users and horses. The choice of materials and texture will establish identifiable and clearly defined volumes.
